The CAC attorney has asked that I place requests for information through their public relations officer, Angela Askey, through a formal records request. The link can be found here, but technically you don’t have to use the form, and the attorney has confirmed as much. I agreed to at the last question because to help centralize the requests so they can keep track of what was asked. This has been a problem for them due to staff turnover, unnecessary delays and playing games. As a noted in my letter to the attorney, if you just answer the question in a timely manner, you don’t have to track multiple requests for the same thing.
