Of the total current operating funds of $84m, $28M or less than one/third goes to instruction. Institutional support (administration) is $18m and with student services of just under $10m nearly equals the amount spent on instruction and with academic support of $4m combines for over that instructional budget.

I was told that they don’t have a breakdown by class but with the detailed budget included below one can see which departments are getting the money although it won’t tell you how many hours or courses they teach. What courses are being taught doesn’t necessarily tell you what curriculum is being taught and nor the relative, subjective merits of each. That’s a bigger discussion for another day. The budget also shows $11m in scholarships but doesn’t tell us who gets them or makes that decision and how that decision is made, another discussion for another day.
