Credo Report

Out of the 11-18-25 study session came a mention of the Credo report. It addresses organizational structure and cites several areas where the organization appears to be overstaffed compared to peer colleges. None of these positions are in instruction. Ita also states a goal to:   

adopt a consistent classification system for all CAC positions utilizing the Title & Definition Matrix as a resource.

               This could suggest that by asking that what these non-instructional bureaucrats do is right over the target and that asking for job descriptions is certainly reasonable, given that defining titles seem to be the intent of the report.
